Sometimes it’s is hard to come up with an original idea for a church logo with a cross but nobody said it’s impossible.

Before the rebrand, the church used a stock logo that was simple and visually appealing but didn’t communicate much. The decision to create a new logo and brand standards helped the church communicated better who they are.

Church’s story

The Church For Everyone (Kościół dla każdego) was planted around 1995 in a small town in the north of Poland. Most of the church back then were young people. Because the majority of teenagers decide to pursue college education there has always been rotation. Still, the church managed to sustain youthful energy for all the years. Right now the majority of people are young families.

Values to communicate

The main values that were brainstormed before the design work started were:

  • energy
  • enthusiasm
  • creativity
  • transformation
  • action
  • community
  • care

Church logo concept

The idea for the symbol in the church logo was to communicate a community that is ready to take action and even though it’s diverse Christ is in the center.

The symbol also reflects a letter “K” (rotated) which is the first letter in two words in the name as well the name of the town. The symbol is simple and recognizable.

Church logo variations

Even though the logo uses a few colors it works really well in monochrome. It is easily adaptable and can be used in different formats.
